#HOPPA BUSES AT HEATHROW FREE#
The best option from Terminals 2, 3 & 4 is to take the Heathrow Connect train to Terminal 5 (which is free to use between terminals). To travel to the terminal, the same service bus will take you from Thistle Heathrow to Terminal 5. The journey takes up to 12 minutes and costs £1.55. You can take local service bus 423 from stand 6 to reach Thistle Heathrow. Upon exiting the village, Thistle London Heathrow T5 is immediately on your right, opposite the Premier Inn.

At the roundabout, take 3rd exit signposted Londford (Bath Road,) and continue straight on this road passing the White Horse pub at ¼ of a mile on the left and exiting the village ¼ of a mile further on. Follow the A3044 for ¾ of a mile passing Terminal 5 on the right, and approach the roundabout. At the roundabout, leave 1st exit signposted A3044, Colnbrook, Longford (Stanwell Moor road). Follow the A3113 for ½ a mile, approach roundabout. At the roundabout, follow signs to A3113 – Heathrow, Stanwell (Terminal 4/5 + Cargo).

Leave the motorway at Junction 14 signposted Terminal 4 + cargo, Stanwell and approach the roundabout. The hotel is located 100 metres on the left-hand side. Travel along Bath Road and just before McDonalds and the Total petrol station, turn left onto Old Bath Road. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the A4, signposted Staines. After about 30 metres, take the first exit off the roundabout signposted Slough, A4. At the next roundabout (with the Emirates A380 Airbus), take the second exit, signposted Terminal 4. Leave the M4 and Junction 4 and take the first exit, signposted Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Thistle Heathrow T5 is 250 metres on the right-hand side. After approximately 300 metres, take the first exit at the roundabout onto the Old Bath Road and continue through Longford village. At the traffic lights, turn right, signposted M25, Heathrow Airport and Staines. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the A4, signposted Colnbrook, then follow signs for Heathrow and Hounslow. Call the car park and let them know which terminal you are at, along with your bus stop number and which car park you require. You need to get back to the car park by bus. The bus runs every 10 minutes and takes just 15 minutes - and the best thing is, it's included in the price. Transfers run when needed between 23:00 and 04:00. Then make your way to the bus stop and catch the transfer bus to the terminal.Ĥ. When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket from the machine at the barrier, then drive in and park your car.ģ. If you're not parking at the hotel while you're away, you'll have to pay £13.50 at the pay and display meter to leave your car in the car park overnight, or park for an hour for free while you drop off your luggage before heading to a Heathrow airport car park. It'll cost about £13, so will actually be cheaper if there are more than two adults in your group. The journey does take 15 to 20 minutes at least, because the Hoppa calls at almost all the Heathrow hotels, so you may prefer to get a taxi, which will only take five minutes.

Up to two children under 15 can travel free with an adult.

Tickets cost £4 single or £7 return if you buy them in advance, but £4.50 single and £8 return if you buy them from the driver. Bus H4 runs to terminals 1 and 3 every 20 to 30 minutes between 4.26am and 11.21pm bus H54 runs to terminals 4 and 5 every 20 to 30 minutes between 4.50am and 11.36pm. The Heathrow Hoppa bus will take you to any of the four terminals, and bring you back when you return from holiday so you can collect your car. The car park is protected by CCTV, exit and entry barriers and 24-hour security patrols. It's a really easy option - just park your car when you arrive, and leave it there till you come back from holiday.
